[Lights out!] Can you believe a manufacturer would go to the trouble to make a radio dial actually glow like this?  And the catalog (below) doesn't even mention it.  I'd have named it the "Magi-Glow Dial," or the "Circ-L-Light Tuner."

Tube complement: 12A8GT mixer/oscillator, 12K7GT IF, 12Q7GT detector, 35L6GT audio output, 35Z5GT rectifier.

Approximately 8-1/8 inches / 206 mm wide.
