Tube complement: 6J7 mixer/oscillator, 6J7 detector, 25L6G audio output, 25Z6G rectifier, L55B ballast.

This is a superheterodyne circuit, but it lacks an IF-amplifier stage.  Because of this, the radio is suitable for local-station reception only.

Approximately 9-1/2 inches / 24 cm wide.  Not much of the original Whelco decal remains (below the speaker grille).
